While in Washington DC I did not have a car so I took Metro everywhere my bike would not go. During a winter morning on my way to work at Gannett I took the Metro to the TenlyTown station.

The escalator was making the most wonderful sound, moaning and groaning, as it escalated me to the train . . . I wrote this tune in the feeling of that sound of the escalator . . .

The “Green Room” Was an Idea Christopher Meehan and I had about a online talk show that did it’s interviews totally virtual.

The set was a virtual 3D set and all interviews were SKYPED in from remote locations. The “Green Room” was produced in real time with a staff of 4 and two computers and a high bandwidth internet connection.
